What Is An Apostille:  An apostille is an authentication of a public document issued under the Hague Convention abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents. It ensures that public documents issued in one signatory country will be recognized as valid in another signatory country.

When To Use An Apostille:  An apostille is required when presenting public documents abroad to confirm the authenticity. allowing them to be recognized and accepted in countries that are part of the Hague Apostille Convention.
